Victorian Tea Room At Lavender & Lace

It’s been a while since I’ve been here and the last time we had reservations we waited 35 minutes for someone to seat us but they must have been extremely busy in the back taking care of the roomful of little girls that were having a party. We actually left Instead because it was just too loud (and of course no one even came to greet us). I’ve been here quite often through the years and when I first started going it was lovely, but then seemed to go downhill with each visit. It’s connected to a flower shop that is very small with LOTS of stuff to buy on shelves which can certainly keep you busy browsing while you wait to be seated… just be careful Maneuvering through the floor. Food seemed average and the staff was always pleasant, who knows maybe its time to give it another visit.
