This modern service plaza is one of the many which make up rest stops along the Ohio Turnpike as vehicles travel the east-​west corridor of I-​80/​90 and I-​76 to the east. The first thing you encounter when entering the property is the spacious passenger vehicle parking area. For those just needing fuel, gas pumps are directly ahead by following the left service drive, or diesel (and gasoline) can be found for larger vehicles by following the right service drive.
Parking for large vehicles is positioned along the right service drive, with separate areas for RVs & buses, providing clearly marked crosswalks for the safety of pedestrians.
Another area is found further where the service drive opens up into the fueling station and truck parking. Unlike many of the commercial truck stop parking lots of the day, this parking area is laid out with ample room in each parking spot to allow safe parking, even for a rookie driver. As well, the parking spots are designed to be drive-​through, another feature with safety in mind.
They offer a large main building to the transient traveler, with fast-​food restaurants inside the food court. Large windows and high ceilings reduce any feelings of claustrophobia. They also have a convenience store off to one side, as well as a travel center with travel brochures and pamphlets from local attractions. Visitors can always find at least one restaurant open on a ²⁴⁄₇ basis.
The spacious restrooms and trucker facilities are maintained to excellent standards, with dual areas available whenever cleaning is not taking place.
