My boys love this place! Sensei Jason is so awesome and the kids love him! His martial arts class is a mix of structure fitness and fun. My boys are getting more confident too. I highly recommend it!-M

This review is for the Karate program.
Taking our 7-​yr old son here has been an amazing experience. We were hoping to have him learn more discipline and self esteem and Sensei Jason is doing a great job at both. He is great with kids but also teaches very clearly. A kid even tried to punch my son at school and he blocked it! We love Sensei Jason and Valley Warrior Arts!

I attend yoga here regularly. The instructor is Michelle, and I’ve had her as a teacher for about 6 years. The week just doesn’t fee quite right unless I’ve been to yoga. She an entertaining, and uplifting instructor.
