True Garage Door Service

I live out of the area and got a panicked call from my mother in Manteca that the garage door had fallen off the track and was half open and unresponsive to the controls. It was Sunday morning and my dad was traveling out of town at the time and no one was able to help her. I hung up the phone and searched for garage door companies in Manteca and came across this one. Jeff answered my call (during a 49ers game) and after I explained the situation, he said he would be right over to help her out. He not only QUICKLY arrived on the scene and fixed the door moments after our call, but he went above and beyond to calm my mom down and squelch the neighborhood commotion (they live in Del Webb). Jeff even followed-​up with a phone call back to me to report what went wrong and how he fixed it. His rates were very reasonable and his service was indescribable. I can’t say enough good things about this company and the service they provided; I can’t imagine your experience would be much different.

Amazing, Wow! My garage door was broken, would not close or open. I have a home warranty so call is placed. First garage door company did not respond. Call back warranty company and moved on to True Garage Door Service. TGDS responded and let me know he would be out. This was Jeff. Responded late in the afternoon early evening. Well… so much for my home warranty. It did not cover all the ills of my garage door, well really none of them. So get ready for the heavy hit on cost… and I am happy to say it was well under a few hundred. Surprising really as I would have thought it would have been much more then he quoted. Jeff worked hours to get my door repaired. Final final, it now works better then I have ever had it work. Jeff spent close to four hours doing it for less then two bills. Amazing. Wow!

After the last garage door company did not come through I found this one on Unilocal with the great reviews and was not disappointed.

I always like to use local business owners when I need to have something done. I needed a new garage door and had a couple of estimates that had already been completed by other companies. I called True Value Garage and Jeff came over to give me an estimate. You know when you meet someone for the first time and it just feels right. Not only was the price the best quote, but Jeff made me feel like I had known him all my life. I felt very comfortable with Jeff and found him to be very trustworthy. He did an amazing job. My home looks beautiful. He took his time and went over all the choices and details with me. It was just an awesome experience. I actually had another company come out, and refuse to do the work. Called around and had another refuse also. SMH Oh well their loss!
They acted like I wanted them to do brain surgery without a medical lic or something! Had all the rollers replaced, a cple hinges & track adjustment.
Jeff also, ran it down to me about the style of opener I had, gave me some helpful info.

Today Jeff from True Value came in today and fixed our garage door. he did an outstanding job! as he arrived he diagnosed the problem within minutes told us exactly how much it would be and and how long it will take. he was very efficient and professional. i highly recommend Jeff to any of your garage door needs. Jeff was amazing! After dealing with another company that was horrible and did nothing but damage, We found Jeff and based on everybody’s reviews we decided to call him. He was at our house within a few hrs. He knew exactly what the other company did and got straight to work and fixed it. He was very friendly and full of knowledge. He answered all our questions and explained what he was doing. By the time he left, our garage was working perfectly! First off Jeff is a amazing !!! Sunday evening I tried to close my garage it made a loud sound the spring had broke I quickly Went to the Internet to try and fix it. Until my sister told me I would end up losing a finger or eye. called Jeff!! he said we would be @house Monday morning he was very prepared, professional and quick he was done in 45mins he replaced both springs tighten the chain and greased it. My husband put insulation in last summer and Jeff adjusted the door to accommodate the weight… My door is working great… Thanks Jeff

Was having some trouble with the pulley system on one side of my garage door, and really had no idea how to fix it. I call all over and no one would come out to fix the door (it was Friday @ 8pm, mind you), but I stumbled upon Jeff’s phone number, and gave him one last desperate call. He answered cheerfully, and I explained exactly what had happened to the garage door. He explained that he was in the middle of dinner, but he could swing by afterwards. He came about 20 minutes later and fixed the garage door in about 10 minutes. He also had some recommendations and pointed out a few things that could make it work more efficiently, but wasn’t too pushy about it. He gave me a 20% discount on top of everything else.
