Papa Murphy’s

I’ve been in a couple of times within the last month. Both times I received great customer service, employees were smiling and very polite ! Today I tried the new pan pizza and it was delicious, also bought a thin crust and it was good. In the future I’ll stick with original or
pan though!

Clean. Nice. Customer service could be a better. Showed up with a phone coupon from the text message club and apparently they «don’t take them» when they have a giant sticker on the floor advertising it. I’ll stick to my Stockton location. The manager was nice. Went ahead and accepted it…

This is my favorite pizza place! You get great tasting pizza at a great price and there are usually coupons in your mail inserts. My favorite is the Chicken, bacon artichoke with thick crust. The service is always fast and friendly.

Let’s be honest. For $ 12 you get a great pizza and it’s ready for pick up in 15 minutes. Yes, you still have to come home and cook it. But damn! Look at how much you get and it really has a great taste!

Tired unhappy employees who face the sun all through their workday. Been a while since I was here… no pepper or cheese packages with your $ 14 pizza… REALLY?
CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE DECLINE

Good pizza, and on Tuesday they have a special deal large pizzas for just $ 10. Bought the extra cheesy bread got home and found out it comes with marinara sauce. Kinda wish the employees had told me. Oh well good pizza anyways

We love our local Papa Murphys and the store is clean, the employees are very nice, and they make awesome pizza. The only negative thing I have to say is that twice now we have ordered the chicken, bacon and artichoke but on regular crust rather than thin crust, but each time we get thin crust. We love it all the same, but next time we are going to watch over them when they make it. But all in all we love our local store!

We went in wanting a gluten free pizza. We were told if we go buy the crust they would make us a pizza. We did buy our own crust and brought it back. When we returned they were not helpful and were rude to my daughter. Started out great, ended up very disappointing. They charged us full price for the pizza and charged us for a large pizza when it clearly was not a full large pizza. Not going back. Felt a bit ripped off.

I’ve never called in an order but, here’s why I really like Papa Murphy’s:
Clean! That’s really important to me.
Nice employees. I always watch and chat with them while they’re making my pizza.
Cooks in own pizza pan.
I’ve liked every kind I’ve tried!
Also, when I was in Plano Tx recently, went by and got a family Cowboy. It was my families choice to go there. Not mine. All employees were soo nice and clean, just like here.
Ps: I used a coupon on its last day yesterday. They said they’d still honor it even after the expiration date!
So many other establishments could learn from Papa Murphy’s in so many ways!!!

Plain and simple, I called ordered a pizza told them I would be there in two hours to pick it up, it was ready and fresh when I got there the people were very friendly and polite I was in and out very quick and the pizza was very good when I cooked it

I don’t eat pizza often, maybe four times a year, but I know good pizza and this was not it. We ordered a family-​size half combo/​half sausage. The vegetable eaters here complained that there were very few vegetables. The carnivores said the pizza had no taste. It was almost as though there was NO tomato sauce on the pie! We won’t be going back there.

I can’t believe I called in my order 3 hours ahead of time so when I picked up my pizza it would be ready. Not the case at this location. They had 2 LONG lines & I had to wait ½hr just to get to the register! This place is not organized at all. They should have 1 line for people that ordered ahead of time and another line for people just walking in to place an order. If I knew that I would have to wait in line whether you call in your order or not, I would not have ordered ahead of time. They need more organization here.

I have been to this Papa Murphy’s several times & have continued to return based on the fact that I call in my order & have never had to wait for them to be ready (even when I have arrived a bit earlier than the time given), nor have any special requests been messed up.
This past Friday’s visit is why I choose to finally write my first review on Unilocal.It was an EXTREMELY busy Friday when I special ordered a family sized (half Hawaiian De Lite & half artichoke chicken gourmet De Lite, sub artichoke for mushrooms) pizza. I arrived about 5 minutes after I called in my order & waited in my car since my daughter was out cold in her carseat. Upon waiting I saw MANY people leave the long line promptly. When 18 minutes of the 20 – 25 minute window given was up I decided to try & wait in what I thought was going to be a horrendous visit due to a line to the door & sleeping toddler; to my pleasant surprise, the line moved promptly. Then while paying I told my sleeping little girl that she would have to walk to the car since mommy had to carry the pizza (which I said at a soft tone a little lower than conversation level). The cashier offered to have someone carry out my pizza to my car! I was a bit overwhelmed & impressed w the extra step taken in customer service… & from a take in bake pizza place?! Wow!
From Moms, Dads & any other caretaker (temporary or permanent) that has ever struggled to do simple tasks, even when businesses or the public could easily help w simple things like opening a door or CARRYING A PIZZA TO A CAR, & TOO RARELY had the help or mere offer, THANK YOU, SO VERY MUCH.
