I had an appointment at 8am and when I arrived on time they were open with the coffee perking, a clean and roomy waiting area and greeted by Gonzalo who expedited my paperwork and reviewed the cost of service quoted two days prior. Often times you get the unexpected surprise additional cost of parts that need replacing and yes it happened to me. But Gonzalo handled it being straight up and honest and gave me a bit of a break that accommodated me financially. Bottom line I had my front struts replaced a complete alignment additional parts at a price that fit my budget. Good work, good people at a good price = customer satisfaction. Thank you
