DC Import Service, Inc

I have taken both of my honda accord coupes to DC imports, now i wont go anywhere else. I am always satisfied with the level of customer service, its nice to be able to ask your mechanic questions and get straightforward honest answer. I like the fact that they use the same honda genuine parts and fluids as the honda dealer themselves use yet still keep services reasonably priced is amazing. I have had every single oil change and scheduled maintenance done at DC imports and if i could give this place ten stars I wouldn’t hesitate!

Called in today, spoke with John… and beyond impressed with the cust. service I received. I have 47,000 questions and John answered them all and is even double checking a few things for me and is calling me back. Awesome awesome awesome service u received. Thanks guys!!! I’ll be for sure stopping in soon

If you are debating on where to take your car for services… Look no more. I have been bringing my car here for every single oil change and now for our brake and roter service. John and his team are awesome– he’s got his cordless phone handy and always answers the phone. Any question or advice you need– he is on it. Always detailed with explanation and status of the car on every service and visit.
As I dropped off the car this morning– a lady walked in with donuts to compliment their service from the day before.
Such extraordinary service here. You can’t go wrong!

If you need any kind of work done on your car, Donnie is the man for the job! I have a Honda accord 98 with 190,000 and going strong, thanks to him and his amazing team down at DC Imports! I don’t trust anyone but him! I’ve never meet such amazing, honest, hard working and friendly people in all my years of taking my cars to get serviced. I’ve been going to Donnie and Dawns shop for over 5 years now and they’ve always get my car serviced and fixed up in a very timely matter, and are so amazing at what they do! I wouldn’t take my car to anyone but Donnie and Dawn, hands down the best place to get your car maintained and repaired.
