I am a patient of Dr. Lin and I find him and his staff very professional. I have two cataract surgeries (both eyes) and have found Dr Lin extremely good at his craft. My wife will be going to this group next year for her issue

So this office is notoriously slow but I put up with it because of the excellent service that was provided to me by Dr Wu. I returned and was given a new Doctor who doesn’t appear to be here anymore. I was literally waiting atound for 2+ hours in various stations. Super frustrating! So the icing on the cake on top of the 2+ hours and general lack of customer service. The «doctor» told me that I have something where I’m going blind and recommended that I see a retinal specialist for a diagnosis. I struggled for a month thinking that I will not see my 1 and 3 year old grow up, only to pay $ 100+ to see a specialist and told my eyes are fine (thank God)! On top of that my prescription is wrong, i purchased $ 300 of contacts and glasses for an invalid prescription and I’m having headaches because of her mistake. Thanks for the waste of time, money, scare of a lifetime and I recommend everyone in seek actual optometrist professionals, this is not the place!

They were great up until I spent almost $ 500 on glasses, now I’m waiting 15 business days for glasses I was told would be here in 7 – 10 business days. I don’t care that it’s Labor Day weekend, that doesn’t mean you can close up two hours early to enjoy a longer weekend. Now I will be waiting another four days until they are open again, because they refuse to call me back. Wonderful. After I pick up my glasses, I will never be returning to this office.

I am a patient of Dr. Wu and I find both her and the staff to be friendly, and supportive. My appointments have been easy to schedule and I am seen quite quickly. Billing has gone smoothly and I am happy with this business.
