We had Arvin out to our home to give us a bid on replacing our tv and components. They said they couldn’t get a bid to us that same week but would get one emailed to us early the next week. It’s been 3 weeks since they were at our home and still no bid. We called the owner and he seemed like he could care less that his company did not follow through with their word. NO APOLOGY WHATSOEVER. Over 5000 $ job lost to poor customer service and even more poor management! I did not appreciate them wasting my time holding me up waiting for an estimate when I could have just moved on with my first bid.

Arvin Home Systems did a tremendous job installing cameras throughout my quirky 100 year old house.
Prior to installation, they listened to my concerns regarding short-​term and long-​term goals and helped me pick a system advanced enough to grow, but still within my budget. Working around plaster walls, old electrical, and tight access hatches could have been a nightmare but their team was experienced and patient enough to get the job done right. After installation, I had a few tweaks I wanted to make once I understood more about how to use the system. They scheduled a followup and stayed until I was completely happy.
Start to finish, the customer service and quality of workmanship was five stars.

We had video cameras installed on the 31st and we could not be more thrilled! Arvin staff was courteous, professional, efficient and very knowledgeable. We will use them for any future home installations, and we recommend them hands-​down!
At one point they decided that they required more equipment so they called in support and before we knew it they were done! We were impressed with the staff’s experience and knowledge, (they are on the younger side but very sharp and well trained with plenty of experience) and their willingness to answer all of our silly questions. Their services were worth every penny!

Arvin Home Systems are the BEST! They connected my surround sound in our new home just in time for our July 4th party. They were very friendly & knowledgeable. They know their stuff. Everything was better than I expected & they taught me how to use my new system before they left. You can tell this team works well together & have fun at their jobs. These folks are fantastic! They came and wired my house with CAT-​6, did my satellite pre-​wire and terminated it all to a 24 port patch panel with an A/​V box in my new closet of awesomeness. I work from home and have a tech job, so response time is money and I couldn’t be happier with the result. They were easy to work with from quote to completion, extremely competitive on cost and got it all done in 1 day. I cannot recommend Arvin Home Systems enough!

Love Arvin Home Systems! When we moved into our new house we had them wire our TV systems and install a new alarm. The guys who installed our TV systems were great! They knew what they were doing and did a great job. Anytime we have had an issue with our alarm they come out ASAP. The only issues we’ve ever had are dead batteries but Jim and Arvin come out and replace them in no time. We did a lot of research before picking an alarm company and I’m so glad we went with Arvin.

Just got a full home theater installation done by these guys. They did a fantastic job and they are very honest and fair with their pricing. No complaints at all and I am very happy with the set up.
I got a projector, screen, and speakers mounted. All wires are concealed and the set up looks and sounds fantastic!
