Very disappointed in this Family practice. Their seminar that they offered was somewhat rushed. They did not answer a lot of questions but worked on getting people signed up for an appointment. We thought we’d like to find out more about this Dr. Filippini since we were interested in a more holistic medical approach. So we paid for 3 appointments. As soon as my sister went she told me about her experience and that the Dr. said the costs would be $ 8,500 for her ‘program’ which did NOT include any supplements or lab testing required (add another $ 1500 or so). What??? We were thinking he was a functional medicine doc who would recommend what lab tests were needed and supplements and give us ‘as needed’ appointments until the problems were fixed or improved. But these people are definitely in it for the MONEY; that’s why they want to sell you programs and packages but they are deceptive and do not tell you that AHEAD of time at their seminar. Well I guess you can figure out how many people will sign up at that point; thereby wasting their $ 95 (initial appt) because they can’t afford the $ 10K package treatment.
When we heard this I rescheduled then cancelled our appointments giving a 48hr notice. Joshua Filipini did not want to give us our refund even though we had NO consultations. He still wanted to charge us for 2 appointments. I am disputing this on my credit card and have refused to pay for services NEVER received. What does that tell you when the business owner tries to make you pay for 2 appointments when you want to cancel clearly giving them enough time. There aren’t exactly people knocking down their door to get an appointment at those costs. That’s why they have to actively do seminars to try and reel them in.
I have since learned that many Chiropractic offices have bought into a Marketing hype program that promises to produce a 10-​fold income for their office, because I went to a similar seminar by another Chiropractor and he used the same slides & presentation method that Filipini used. I pretended not to know and asked her if this special appointment price was just for today and could it be cancelled (even though it might be set for a week away) and she said NO it’s just for today because ‘you need to have SKIN in the game’. Not only skin but it looks like blood and bones as well. All I can say is stay away from these places and their deceptive marketing practices. I will find a reputable and ethical Functional medicine Dr. who will give appointments on a ‘as needed’ basis not a Package or Program of outrageous cost.

This office is much more than a chiropractors office, it is a health and wellness center.
It has been just a couple of months since I have been following their eating program, completing the office regimen and taking the supplements. My results have been AMAZING.
I lost 24 pounds and have been able to stop taking my blood pressure medicine. My energy levels have increased and my thinking is much more clear.
I recommend that you try one of their seminars. It is nothing short of life changing!
