Kids can play outside on the toys and run around the lush lawn and grounds while you sit outside and sip wine. My favorite is Cougar Mountain Red. The wine tasting in the bar is free! So go there first and determine which bottle to buy with dinner. Don’t leave without ordering their chicken piccata, it is unforgettable. Fried chicken friday is also an absolute must! Great wines, great food, lots of seating inside and out. The gift shop has adorable merchandise as well!

Impressed every time. This is probably one the best upscale if not the best restaurants in Lake Chelan. Service in all my experiences here have been on point. It’s also one of those restaurants where everything is very well done. I typically order the ribeye and you can usually cut it with a fork it’s so tender. Cheese plates are really good, especially the blue cheese. Wine is smooth and very easy on the palette. Some nights they have a live jazz band. The whole atmosphere is very relaxing. Easily recommend for a couple looking for a little escape for the evening.

Such a great experience! Came with a few girlfriends for dinner. Service was so nice and food was delicious! Unfortunately a fellow diner knocked over my meal while it was being served and the waitstaff was SO NICE and apologetic. Accidents happen and they handled it well. My remake came out super quick and it was made to perfection. Victoria was so sweet and prompt. I really appreciate the kindness and great customer service I experienced! *owners, please acknowledge how wonderful your staff is! Teamwork makes the dream work! You have a great team!*

Excellent relaxing dinner ! had the fried chicken dinner and my GF had the burger platter. Delicious! Mary, our waitress was efficient, quick, and a great listener.

Had dinner this evening seated outdoors at 5:30 so our 5yo could play. As always ambiance and quality of food good. Overall a good experience – this visit is a 3 but I’d say our previous two dinner visits spanned a 4 and 5 rating.
Service was super slow, but weather was nice outside and it seemed busy even that early, so overlooking that. Biggest issue with tonight’s dinner was our server not checking on us after dinner was served. Thus My wife was unable to get steak sauce until I found someone halfway through her eating said steak. And for my salad with steak I ordered medium rare and received medium well. (Not a fan of steak that’s not pink.) But after such a slow service and with nobody following up on dinner – opted to eat what I received to get kiddo to bed at a reasonable time.
So yes dinner was good, but I was disappointed with our experience this evening. I’m in the 3 camp tonight and My wife in the 4 camp, so I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt.

The food is consistently good and the ambience is warm and cozy with a real fire in the dining room! Love that! My waitress last night was a bit detached, but usually the staff is attentive and respectful. I go here regularly when I’m in Manson.

This is my favorite restaurant in the Chelan/​Manson area! In the summers, it’s absolutely perfection to sit out on their patio and enjoy the beautiful scenery. The food is delicious, albeit a little pricey for the area, and the service is pretty good too. We stop here at least once a trip when we hit Wapato point!

We came in with a bachelorette party of 12 girls on a Saturday during Chelan Winterfest. Wapato Point Cellars was amazingly accommodating and helpful to our group.
They allowed us to hang out for an extended period of time, came to check on us and educate us about the wine and were very friendly.
The place was packed, but the service was never affected and the entire crowd in the tasting room was having fun.
Our group picked their favorite wine as the Cougar Ridge Syrah. Yum… and GO COUGS :)

Since Winemakers Grill opened, I have probably eaten here at least 50 plus times. Again tonight was another «spot on» meal! The only disappointment was not having a reasonably priced bottle of Malbec. Bummer to the 2010 $ 69 dollar price. I kick myself for only buying one case when it was first offered! Entrees tonight were: my steak skewers (always delish!), lobster risotto which was about 40% lobster and was freaking amazing! Shrimp primavera (the hubs always orders this and said it was better tonight than he can ever remember) and a shrimp fettuccine which was divine! Topped off with a crème brûlée which also was outstanding. Oh and our bottles of wine were a 2005 Empyrean Reserve and a 2013 Harmony. Love everything here and I also enjoy the gift area out front — again I purchased another perfect hanging to add to my wall. As always I ask for Azure — she’s a fantastic waitress! I would eat here every night if I could! Love, love, love the piano music! Just drop a dollar in his jar when leaving. I mean how many restaurants have you eaten at with a live beautiful playing piano man!

So friendly and welcoming. Sandy was wonderful, and the wines were great too. I would definitely go back again!

So disappointed! In the past we have loved this winery. This time not the case at all. The ladies were cold and unfriendly. They ignored us and seemed irritated we brought a few snacks (have to fuel up you know). Maybe they were having a difficult day but please don’t take it out on the peeps who just want to buy wine! We were a small group of ladies who come every year and we usually buy tons of wine! Not this year. We will not be back anytime soon, which is sad when you should probably stand out (and used to) in a town of a thousand something wineries. Trust me, visit tasting rooms with good wine AND service. Had lots of fun at the others we went to.
On a side note, I have never left a negative review for anything! It was that disappointing :(

Food was great, enjoyed the wine tasting. Server was a bit perturbed when we ordered and then went for our tasting while we waited. But she recovered and even came and got us when our food was ready. Scallops were a highlight. As was the flatbread, and cheese plate. Everyone loved their main. You can eat in or outside on the patio. No lake view.

I have come here for 8 years and came here for 4^th of July weekend to purchase an airator and wine, as I stock up and this is one of my favorite places to drink wine (especially the red delicious) I was ignored for 40 minutes with my debit card sitting on top of my airator and a customized glass with 5 other friends. We ended up leaving after waiting to pay and being ignored. We also had a racist couple next to us talking about people of color in a negative way.
We had money sitting there without anyone wanting to help us so we had to leave. After having them special order an airator in for me I had waited for 6 months for I was excited and left very disappointed and upset. Terrible service. We left without a reserve Malbec, red delicious, customer wine glass, airator, and nick nacks unpurchased. Their loss. My advice is not judge. I purchase a case minimum EVERY trip to Chelan, which is 4X a year. It is supposed to be a wonderful time and great times with friends and family and this ruined it for me.

This review is for their restaurant. Winemaker Celler. We sat outside, my main course was over $ 25 and the furniture was flimsy and stained plastic. The table also wobbled. As for the servers and helpers they were amazing. The wine was good, but not great. I’m giving it 3 stars because of the great service, (minus the grouch blonde female working the tasting counter) and very large portions of food. Also, while having a playground for screaming kids might be nice for parents I thought it was distracting. I’d come here again if they had happy hour or only for drinks and dessert.

Beautiful grounds and restaurant. There were eight of us and we were greeted pleasantly and seated within 5 minutes. The server was helpful and suggested several wines, all of which we ordered — Merlot, Malbec and Pinot Grigio. Each had distinct characteristics and were delicious. We tried the clam chowder and it was maybe the best I’ve ever had. The Chicken Picata five of us ordered melted in your mouth. Someone had the Pasta Bolognese and loved it. Two people had a perfectly prepared steak. Since it was someone’s birthday they provided luscious lemon sorbet with a raspberry sauce. The tasting room was nice and the person packed our purchases carefully as we had a distance to travel. So many clever and cute items in the gift shop, too! Don’t miss this one!

Terrible experience. We must have been close to the last reviewer, Jerry F., because our experience was the same. We walked in, were told to chose 4 wines and then we were ignored. We had visited wineries throughout they day and all were very helpful, it is the industry they are in. Our experience was so bad, that it turned us off for dinner at restaurant. We visit Chelan/​Manson 2x per year and this was our second experience at Wapato Cellars in which we were ignored. IF you are going to be in customer service industry, please hire people who want to be there and care about your product. We will not return anytime soon.

Terrible service. Took my wife for a wine tasting and watched her completely ignored. She asked a simple question about a type of wine she was tasting and was given a curt response and the woman (blond) walked away. We went to other wineries in the area the same day and we’re given much better service. We won’t be back!

Went here while on vacation in Chelan for the weekend. Had the chopped salad and the pulled pork on flatbread, both very good. Their bread was some of the best table bread I have ever had. Had the Harmony white wine, not too sweet, good for dinner. Went and tasted a few of their other whites in the tasting room while we waited for our food, for free, awesome.
Our waitress was super nice, very attentive and even came to grab us from the tasting room when our food arrived. Sat indoors, a guy was playing piano and singing, good voice and nice ambiance. Wished I had sat outside, their patio was so pretty. Would for sure go back.

Absolutely outstanding on every level! I’ve attached a photo of my Prime Rib dinner and it tasted even better than it looks. Wonderful!
I really don’t know if they were slow or not like previous reviews have said. We had a group of 5 of us and we treat dinners out like an event. In other words, we relax and enjoy.
It’s a beautiful dinning room with a piano player and attentive staff. We wanted for nothing.
We ordered a spicy shrimp appetizer that was loaded with flavor. The wine’s were outstanding, and our main courses arrived piping hot and with an outstanding presentation.
We went early in the evening and beat the ‘rush’.
It doesn’t get any better than this is Chelan/​Manson.
