I’m not sure all of the instructors are as good, but Rachel is amazing! Her class is the perfect combination of sweating and total zen!

This yoga studio was great! I am visiting from out of town but I’m going to make a particular effort to go back tomorrow. The atmosphere was welcoming but unpretentious, the teachers had great energy, and they made the challenging practice fun! It’s hard to balance the fun and serious in yoga, but they did an amazing job! Prices were fair and class wasn’t too crowded!
(I went to the Arlington location)

I bought a packet of 6 visits from groupon. It’s not well maintained, and I got athletes foot 2 or 3 times because of the cleanliness issues. It’s pretty cliquey (if that’s a word) as well. If you’re not one of the regulars, you’re kind of treated as «Give me your money and don’t talk to me.» kind of attitude. I won’t go back and I think even at the groupon rates it was a waste of time and money… There is a much nicer hot yoga place at I20 and Cooper that I’ve been hearing about. I’m going to try there. ***Update — I I see the Amateur hour has chided in. They can dish it out, but they can’t take it. It’s sad to see they have problems with the truth too… This was my teacher test for you. You — flunked

This hot yoga studio is the best one I have been to. Their instructors are so nice and knowledgable. I’ve had insomnia for over 18 years and I have tried natural herbs, accupuncture, ambien, etc. and their hot yoga classes has helped me more than anything. I am hooked on their yoga classes and it’s much better than being hooked on sleeping pills.

If ever in the Dallas Area, this is the must try Yoga studio! If you are looking for a powerful, sweat dripping, hot vinyasa place to practice this is it! It doesn’t matter which class or teacher you have they all teach powerfully! I know because I went to many of them. I get emails periodically letting me know workshops they offer, guest teachers they bring in and programs they offer. Sometimes I feel like jumping on a plane and heading for the big state of Texas to see Stacy Or Dave Dockins and their super amazing community of yogis!

I was visiting Arlington from out of town and needed my yoga fix. I googled vinyasa in Arlington, this is the one I decided on, and I’m glad!
I went to the early Saturday morning 8:30 class at the South studio. Dave was teaching. This is the first time for me to complete a yoga practice without music. It was a nice experience. Dave talked us through the flow the entire class and fixed postures as necessary.
It was an intermediate-​leveled flow class and the room temperature settled at about 93 degrees.
I received a student discount with my student ID so I only paid $ 10 for drop-​in. I will definitely come back next time I’m in town.
