I have lived here for 9 months now and love it !!! We moved from across the country to here. The only time spent in Texas was a few months prior to look for a place to live. We literally toured all the apartments in Mansfield as that is where my husband was going to be working. We wrote notes on every place and picked which ones we liked. This one was on the top of the like list. We were nervous because we didn’t know much about the town or Texas. Let me tell you the office women were amazing ! We had to do all of our stuff online, over the phone and through the mail. They helped with all my questions and went above and beyond helping us. When we moved in we did a two bedroom at first we quickly found out that our kids didn’t do well sharing a room. They didn’t have any three bedrooms available so we had to live in the two bedroom for five months. We never had a problem. Our neighbors were great and everyone respected each other. We have since moved into a three bedroom and absolutely love it. The staff is still amazing and the manager goes above and beyond to help you out and make sure you have a comfortable living environment. The maintenance is right on top of things and are always courteous when coming into your apartment. We have NEVER had any issues with utilities. Despite a previous post saying your electric is shared and then divided that is not correct. Each unit has there own meter and you are billed for only what you use.(you can even look at them on the side of the building :)) We still love the neighbors they are respectful and caring. We have never had a problem with extra fees or anything of that nature. The grounds always look good and well maintained. The pool area is always clean and nice. We have met a lot of other family’s by hanging out at the pool. My one and only complaint is I wish there was a little more parking. We did get a carport which fixed the issue but it would be nice for when guest are over.

Signed a 13 month lease in 2014 and everything was fine at first. Shortly after we moved in people were constantly moving out but couldn’t figure out why… Then we started getting our bills. When you rent here you share your electric bill with everyone in your building. Seeing as there were multiple jobless people here that would use crazy amounts of electricity, we always paid way higher than any energy we used. The worst example of this is when people have moved out and even less people are splitting the amount. On top of the cluster that is the bills they would randomly put notices on our door saying that we had $ 20 fees not paid here and there yet we were never late paying our bills… and they never had a reason to why we would get these every other month. When it was time that our lease was up we asked if we could re new because I didn’t want to move(2 year savings plan for a house purchase) They replied of course but your rent will be going up by $ 250… There was no negotiating. They could care less if we left. This is the feeling that pretty much summed up our entire lease… We don’t care if you leave… There quality of apartment and customer service do not warrant their crazy prices. On top of that the town homes beside the landing are section 8 housing, so you can expect to see some riff-raff roaming around.
