The Home Depot

The other reviews are spot on — this is a pretty bad HD. The customer service is godawful.

I LOVE Home Depot. Just NOT the Mansfield store. Has there not been any other Home Depot I’ve had a problem with. This location is consistently out of lots of products, employees DON’T LIFT A FINGER to help anyone (and most of the cashiers are extremely rude!). To 2 different employees — trying to seem nice «Excuse Me», they didn’t even LOOK at me or even flinch. They just kept walking, the third didn’t even speak English… I don’t even think he worked there though. Over everything thats bad — the traffic signal getting out of here is a mess, I’d rather not wait 5 minutes for the the left turn signal.

I went to the Mansfield Home Depot to purchase a number of items. Needing help with one of them I asked an associate if you could find me some assistance. He said he would be glad to and walked away. 20 minutes later no one came to assist me.
At that point I walked up to the service desk in the original associate that I asked for help was standing by the front door doing nothing. The lady at the customer service desk offered to find someone to help me. When she did, he was busy and I waited another 20 minutes before I walked out of the store without purchasing anyting. Apparently only one person in the entire store can cut up blinds. Maybe they need to train somebody else to do simple job.
As the manager of this store I would be a very ashamed of my sales associates. I went to Lowes for the same products bought them and was out of the store in less than 20 minutes I dropped almost $ 800 that could have gone to Home Depot. Apparently this store is not interested in serving its
customers.
This was not my first trip to this Mansfield Home Depot but you can be sure it was my last. I wasted 45 minutes of my life, for no reason, in that store. Shame on them.

I go here all the time and they always have people around to help you. You can count on the store being clean, organized, and well staffed all the time. To the reviewer with the special order, a mistake on one employee’s part does not constitute a one star rating for the store. To the man with the charcoal: Really? It’s March 3^rd in one of the coldest winters in the past century and they have 51 40lb bags of charcoal in stock. Even if they didn’t have them in October, does that constitute a one star rating? It’s a clean, well-​staffed, well-​kept store with plenty in stock and decent prices. No complaints here.

Mid October, thunderstorm last night, today in the 60’s…
Think they have a bag of charcoal?
Nope, all put away.
Plenty of Christmas stuff up though!
Got their priorities all wrong here…
