Popeyes Chicken

I know this place got a lot of bad reviews but I have to give a great one. Got there like around 10:30pm which was suppose to be closed but this very nice employee named Leslie let us in… She was very friendly, & we got freshly made food! So 2 thumbs up for Leslie (best employee with a great attitude) & 2 thumbs up for the food

Filthy restaurant, was given day old fries, have tried this place 3 times and there are always tables that are dirty and very few patrons to indicate they should have time to clean the place, won’t be back. Terrible management. Such a shame, I used to love Popeye’s, but they’ve really gone downhill in quality.

Blech! Worst Popeyes Chicken I have ever eaten at. Food was not fresh, order was wrong and incomplete and employee was confused. Never will visit this location again. I gave it one star only because there wasn’t an option for less.

I just stopped and got something to go but went inside, poor organization, could use more cleanliness, managerial wise could use improvement, dress code as well, overall I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

This location is awful. We have been several times and every time we have had to wait on tenders when they aren’t busy. Today we were told the same thing and to pull forward to a parking space. After waiting over 10 minutes and watching several cars drive away with their orders, my husband went in to check on the food. The guy behind the counter that told us it would be 3 minutes said «I don’t make the food» when asked why it was taking so long. He was also told that they were still waiting on tenders and had to wait even longer because they have them to the cars behind us. They also get orders wrong even after asking you over 3 times what you ordered. This place obviously needs new management because even though the food is usually good, the service is awful.

This place is terrible please stay away it the only Popeyes close I. Mansfield and they suck. I have been here 4 times and each time my order takes 20 minutes even when it’s not busy. I will never eat here again will have to cut Popeyes out of my life or move.

We’ve tried this location several times. Every time service is slow. Drive through or walk in. We’ve waiting in the drive through up to 15 minutes. The walk in is worst. We have spent 20 minutes in line waiting for someone to take our order. When asked if anything else, we remarked a discount for the wait and the manager said, «But we have chicken». Idiot was quite aware that people had been waiting and getting pissed off. He was too busy micro managing the employees and not taking care of things. Employees were running all over the place in disarray. Will corporate please fire this jerk. Complained to the number on the receipt and the manager called me the next day offering a free 2 piece meal. The place is dirty. They don’t clean well. ABSOLUTELY the LAST TIME I will ever eat there. Avoid this location at all costs as it sucks.

This location is consistently bad, so the 3 strikes rule is in effect. I know this isn’t gourmet dining, but is it too much to ask or expect proper orders /​condiments /​napkins /​plastic ware when taking out? They’re SLOPPY in both order prep and customer service.
