I have used the custom invitation service at this location twice and both times my expectations have been exceeded in the color quality & customization options available. {see photo posted of the birthday banner}
The 1^st time was for our engagement/​birthday bash and this time for our baby’s 1^st birthday. They will even print the return address in the envelope in a color of your choice! (And if you are like me, address the envelopes is the hardest part since my handwriting isn’t the ‘prettiest’)
The manager, Billy, went the extra mile and spent time making sure that every detail was done just right. Yes, some of the staff is young, but they are led by great leaders and are still learning somewhat – but it’s party city – not a 5 star restaurant. I take much of the previous commentary with a grain of salt since it’s about perspective of where you are ;-). My concern was the finished product and it thrilled me both times when I was able to see my vision come to fruition with such quality and speed. The other nice thing is that you can order as few or as many needed. 1 to 23 or whatever odd/​even number is needed. BONUS: If you need more later (to ensure not over buying), you just call them and they print more upon request (no extra set up fee needed for re-​prints).
We also got a custom banner made to match the invite & theme. I will continue to use them for this service in the future. It is a wonderful way to have a keepsake for a scrapbook or baby book that is professionally done. Thank you and good work!

Another rude experience! I said thank you several times to the lady and not ever did she say ANYTHING to me!!! Are you kidding me??? Why would you hire people like that?
