Ok y’all, it’s the OBGYN so I’m not going to go into all the nitty gritty details. I’ve been seeing Dr. Greve for close to seven years now, ever since I found out I was having my son. I originally went to the location at MCA but love that this office is closer to where I live, plus it’s not as busy which means a shorter wait. I initially wanted one of his female associates to be my doctor, but she was full for when my due date would be. I was transferred to the first male doctor I’ve had since I was a kid and was nervous about the idea(thanks, Hand That Rocks the Cradle). Worried over nothing, as it turns out. Dr. Greve is great, very personable and easy to talk to. Not to mention he does his job as comfortably as you can expect(ahem, wink). The thing I love most about him is that while I was pregnant, I felt like I was losing my mind emotionally. When I talked to anyone about it, they said«that’s pregnancy for you!» I worried that he would say the same, but he took me seriously and put me on an anti-depressant/anti-anxiety medication and I was instantly better. He also told me that I might be at a higher risk for post partum depression or psychosis and let me know that they would be keeping an eye on me after the baby was born, and that it was important for me to let them know if I felt like something was wrong. Luckily, I didn’t experience that but it was great he let me know ahead of time what to expect for my and my baby’s safety. His nurses, no matter which location, are also great. I recommended him to a friend when she was expecting and although she was initially skeptical of a male doctor as well, she loved him, too.
