Great school. Great teacher. You’d do well taking your young and yourself to this school. The exercise, confidence and motivation that you will receive by training with Jeremy is far beyond what you’ll get outside of this class.
I trained at this school for well in excess of 3 years and only wish that I could find the time to get started again.

Our family loves this school! Very reasonably priced. With so many options and class times, we have no issue fitting it into our schedules. Our 4 year old daughter begs to go to Karate and our 11 year old son has been attending for 3 years and enjoys the variety of classes offered. We’ve seen a huge improvement in their confidence and self-​discipline. My husband enjoys the boxing and I love the kickboxing. Its a fun and positive environment. After checking out other schools in our area, we know this is the best place for us. The instructor is what makes this place so special. He is a great role model for our kids. He is motivating, inspiring and challenging, but not in an aggressive way.
