So let me start my review by saying I fully support local businesses and restaurants. I will always pick a local place verse a franchise. This facility was a complete disappointment. The food was decently priced and food was ok. It was a group of three adults and three children. It wasn’t so much the food as it was the atmosphere. The cook or owners child was running all over barefooted. He climbed over seats and tables. It was very unprofessional and unsanitary. Children should never be allowed in a cooking area. My mother is a cook and I know personally that having children in the cooking area is never allowed. They also did not accept credit cards and they never posted it. I do not appreciate that at all. In this day in age I feel it’s unacceptable. I cannot promote a place like this. Save your money.

It’s hard to complain about friendly people and really cheap food. Let’s just say I don’t think cooking or customer service was their calling in life. Edible. It was in the middle of the little town square which was a good place to walk around and get a break from the car.

First and last time I will ever eat at this place. Service was slow, the cook even slower. Tables were left uncleared and dirty long after customers left. Took 45 minutes to get the daily special and the mashed potatoes were cold and Luke warm after sending them back to be reheated. Several potential customers came and left because there weren’t any clean tables and no staff seemed all that concerned about it. I’m surprised they’ve been able to stay in business since 2008. Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy.
