Love Amy, very friendly! Paid attention to what we ordered, fixed a mistake fast. Even brought me a new soup because it messy!

We got the worst pastrami melt we have ever gotten in a Jason’s Deli. We all loved Jasons in the past but this time we bought three sandwiches that had less pastrami than one in the past. The bread was old and crumbly and very little meat. And less sauce. I’m so very disappointed. Guess Jasons s no longer on our plan.

The very worst of Jason’s out of several dozen visited in Texas this one ranks down on the bottom, parking is a problem seating too the staff can’t get their item’s right unmodified hate to see if you changed anything, the drivethru seams to have priority to the point the wait is over 15 minutes, ice cream machine was broken all melted and the side salad bowl they have here is a smaller soup bowl, they cheaply omitted my sandwiches bacon, never screw a guy on bacon thats just unTexan. My wifes French Onion soup had no cheese. basicly the manager is going to screw you on all the expensive items to pad their bonus check. keep driveing to Arlington or Hulen

Our food was delicious, the salad bar was well stocked, and the staff was attentive. Pleasant experience and will return often.

I’ve visited this location many times since it recently opened. As with any new restuarant, so far there always seems to be a bit of chaos– the cashier not understanding the menu, food runners confused about the order they are delivering, etc. The food, though, is the usual high Jason’s standard. An always fresh and variety filled salad bar compliments any of their delicious sandwiches perfectly. I love that the salad bar includes things like the pasta and potato salad that are anything but the bland typical salad bar fare! My favorite sandwich with the roast beef dip– warm, salty and savory. Their baked potatoes are HUGE and covered in toppings. The half portion is the size of a regular potato! The place is clean and staff members are easily accessible to get you another plate or answer any questions. The flow is good so that people waiting for others are not blocking the salad or ice cream machine, too! ;) I also really love that they have a back door entrance for busier days and drive thru!

This review is only getting a 1 star review simply due to the salad bar. Only people in the restaurant tonight. 3 sandwiches ordered with salad bar. Again, the only people in the restaurant and 9 staff that I can count running around behind the counter while 2 of the 3 sandwiches sit getting cold. 1 person staring at sandwich saying«I don’t know what to do», 15 minutes later, 2 sandwiches that are supposed to be hot are brought out cold and excuse is «new people». Where’s some form of management? Sandwiches returned for being cold. 20 minutes pass. 1st experience at the new Mansfield Jason’s Deli and so far not off to a good start. 25 minutes pass. Some staff are on break eating in front of us. Some on their phones talking about what to do after work. 30 minutes food comes out. My order isn’t correct but I just want to eat and go home. Here’s to hoping this kind of service doesn’t continue. Back to The Arlington store where the bugs are worked out and the staffing is more mature and more in control.

I was so excited when Jason’s finally opened in Mansfield. They have a delicious, fresh menu offering several healthy options. They even offer a drive through! I have drove through for lunch the last two days. The service is always friendly. A little slower than most ‘fast food’ places, but that is to be expected. My food is always exactly as ordered, warm and tastes great!

Fantastic addition to the growing Mansfield dining scene, offering healthy options, fresh soups, a salad bar and some damned good sandwiches. The location is brand new, clean, spacious and modern. The ordering line is wound through between a seating area and the salad/fixins bar so this may become a hindrance during peak times but our lunch visit didn’t exhibit it. I won’t comment on the food other to say that it was exactly what can be expected and any of the other Jason’s locations. The portions are quite generous and there’s some great options on the menu for cost-conscious eaters. The service was friendly, relaxed and very efficient. I see routine visits to this store in my future. Welcome to Mansfield Jason’s
