Highland-March Office Business Centers

One of the most unprofessional companies I have encountered. I rented office space here but chose a month to month agreement. I’m so thankful I chose this option instead of a longer term agreement. The manager, Kim, is no where to be found. She boasts how she runs the company and her mother owns it, but the only one working there is the 1 other employee behind the reception desk. Kim was never in the office, answered my emails days after sending them if at all, the only help I received was from the girl at the desk but she couldn’t do much without authorization from Kim. Their lunch was eaten at the desk. This looked so unprofessional to my clients coming in for appointments. There were several problems with my office that required maintenance to fix. Scott was the maintenance man who responded to my requests and he was so rude each and every time. I even received an email one day from Kim that was sent to all of her clients, asking us all to fill out positive reviews on review websites about her company in exchange for restaurant gift cards. The gentleman who wrote the other review on this website told me he wrote it so he could get the gift card. I don’t appreciate being bribed in order to make her failing company look good. I recommend you stay far away from this place. Regus is a much more professional and affordable place to have an office. I am an easy going guy but this company was just full of negatives one after another.

I have been using Highland March Business Centers for 16 years and have found the facilities and the staff to be superb!
