So I decided that I would write my first review ever due to my recent interaction with this store. I have just read two reviews where they tell different stories to the customer service. I too bought a mod from them and did so based on my experience with them to that point. Surely, I figured if I spent over $ 100 with them it would be a safe investment. This was not the case. About three days after I bought it, I noticed it would never reacha full charge and would be warm. I brought it back and explained to the clerk what was happening. He asked if I was charging it thorugh the USB and I told him yes. He said the battery should be charged using a wall charger for the battery but it should be fine. I told him the manual says that if I put the correct battery in it then the USB should be all I need and they do not explain any other way to charge the battery. He dismissed my concerns and went in back to make my juice. At the time I figured perhaps he was write. Well, this past week I woke to find it HOT. I unplugged it and let it cool down. I brought it back to the store this morning and they told me that they could do nothing for me and that it was a shame. The manager did offer to give me 15% off another mod and then the clerk offered me a cheaper version than the one I currently was using. Pretty disappointing since my cousin has been talking up his store that is up the road from our house but I have remained loyal to Friendly. Now it seems I have to eat«crow» and shop elsewhere. I would agree with Dustin B. If you live in the Mansfield area you may want to Google the other store in town and give them a try.

I had tried vaping and e-cigs a few years ago and it didn’t really do it for me. With all the new mods and everything that’s available now, I decided to give it another shot. It’s a little overwhelming for someone who doesn’t know what anything is, but everyone at this shop is super friendly and helpful. Jordan took the time to explain to me what everything was and what it was for and made a recommendation for a product they didn’t have stock of. I checked back and they still didn’t have it, but Jack told me about another mod that I might like as well and got one in the next day for me. We went through several flavors and nicotine levels until we found the right mix, and I’ve been happily vaping and cigarette free for the last week. The price of the mod that I bought was significantly lower online, and I went in fully thinking I would probably check it out and buy it online, but many online reviews from those retailers complained that the unit didn’t work properly. Mine has been fine and when I mentioned the bad reviews to Jack, he said if I have any problems to just bring it back. Ultimately, I’m not sorry at all I spent the extra $$ because the service was well worth every penny and they will definitely have my return business.

I have been a customer of theirs since they have opened, and it’s safe to say that I have spent thousands there. I have become very disgruntled because with the exception of a copper mech I have purchased within the last year including 2 mvps, a eleaf istick, an itaste, and various tanks such as the kanger subtank NOTHING has ever lasted more than 3 months. Which would not be a problem if their prices were not extremely marked up. For example, you can get a eleaf istick 50 directly from the manufacturer(so you know it’s not a knock off) for 25 – 35 percent cheaper depending on the sale. And the same can be said with just about anything they sell. They do have an «happy hour» for juice which I used to think was a great deal, but now that I no longer do business with friendly I have shopped the local, and very close competition, and the competition sells juice at the same exact price on a regular basis as friendly sells theirs for their happy hour«special.» they will ask you to leave if they are trying to sell a piece of junk to another customer, and you pull your same piece of junk that they sold you out of your pocket, and share your opinion and SHOW the customer why it’s best use is a paperweight. They offer the same boring stuff, and rarely have anything new, and only sell«designer stuff» which is typically not the best preforming stuff. Before you make them your regular shop go to your Google maps, and type in «vapor shop,» and look at the other competitors. Just my 2 cents. –Dustin

I bought a mod and charger 2 months ago from friendly vaping. When i started having trouble with the mod I called to see what they would do about it. The manager told me to come into the store and he would refund me no questions asked. After work I went and he did just that. He helped me find a new mod which was actually cheaper than the one I had bought, and refunded the rest in cash. They have wonderful customer service and fantastic management. Couldn’t recommend friendly vaping more.
