Had dinner last night. Good atmosphere. Very good service. Place was pretty busy for Monday night. People were sitting on the deck. Food was good. I would recommend giving them a try.

We had a great meal for 5 ppl. Make sure to order the gold margarita. We had ordered the Choripollo for two of us. Delicious. One order of flautas. Delicious. One order of chimichangas. Delicious. One order of the steak ranchero. Delicious. We also ordered dessert which was one flan and one sopatillos. Delicious.
The restrooms are very clean as well. Overall we would give this a 10 but we could only go up go up to five on Unilocal.My husband says for the amount of food we got and the price that we paid this was a great deal. Would definitely come back.

We went here instead of Rancho Fiesta because it was a little closer and boy am I glad we did. (I’ve never been to RF so I can’t say which is better). El Charrito has amazing chips and salsa. I got a number 12, which was a chicken burrito and enchilada and it was so great. It came with lettuce, sour cream, and pico and everything was fresh and delicious. Fiancé got the fried burrito and he loved it. It came with guacamole and refried beans. The beans and guac were phenomenal! I also got the strawberry margarita, and it was really strong but really great. Not too much tequila, not too much sweet, and just enough salt. Not super pricey either. Worth every penny.

Great experience! Fast & Friendly service! Large portions & tasty! Authentic Mexican I would highly recommend. Everyone in our party of six was very satisfied. The carnitas that I had was one of the best I’ve ever had, moist & tasty, mixed with onions.

Stopped by here on our way home from Cbus and it was awesome! Best salsa and guacamole I’ve ever had. Definitely tasted like true Mexican and the service was crazy fast and the waiters were very attentive! I got the shrimp chalupa and it was some of the best Mexican I’ve ever had!!!

El Charrito felt like the only original place in a sea of boring chain restaurants in Mansfield just off 71. We stopped for lunch today and the place was pretty empty. The service was fast and friendly. The salsa here was uncommonly tasty-​both my friend and I mentioned it. I ordered a chimichanga from their huge menu. It was decent, filled with shredded beef and served with rice and beans. Margaritas were super sweet, you couldn’t taste the tequila. If youre stopping in Mansfield, try it out instead of McDonalds.

Loved it! Let me say, I grew up with s Mexican step mom. I am picky about my Mexican food. This place is awesome. Great service, great salsa, great food, and great mmmmargaritas! Hiccup. Ordered a gold, medium. It was huge. And it’s agave tequila. Were live almost two hours away in BG. And we’re already planning a trip back!

Avoid all the chain restaurants at the exit and go up the hill to this place instead. I was greeted immediately and the gold margarita is with the 50 cents extra. Staff was very attentive and the spicy shrimp dinner was a bargain.

Ate here for lunch on a Wednesday. Not very busy, so service was relatively quick. Meal was very good (chimichangas), and served as ordered. Looks like Mansfield has a couple good options for Tex-​Mex, and something to offer besides the multitude of chain restaurants located off of Route 13.

Had an excellent meal with my beautiful wife! I had the tamales with beans & rice… my wife got the fried burritos… everything was very good!!! Especially chips and salsa… my wife does not like spicy food and she loved it lol… Service was good! It was convenient location from the hotel we stayed at and others ones and the highway I-71…would go back an def recommend El Campesino’s!!!
