In August I had an accident in my new diesel pusher. To say the least I was very distraught. After meeting with the insurance adjuster, I began searching for a place to repair and interviewing those on my list. Coach Specialists were 3 hours from me, but I could tell from my phone call and online research that this was the place to go. Now that my coach looks brand new again, I can say emphatically that I am very thankful I found them. I worked with Joseph and can’t say enough good about this man overseeing the job. He clearly takes pride in what he does and treats you like you’re his most important customer. I never had to call once to get a status. He communicated frequently and kept me informed every step of the way. The quality of workmanship is first class. Joseph and Coach Specialists exceeded my expectations from the process, repairs and customer service. Thank you guys! You created a very happy ending to what started as a sad story.

First of all, I rarely am a 5-Star guy. I have a rule that I need 2 great encounters before I can give 5 Stars. OK, it’s more of a guideline than a rule. Anyway, these guys are AWESOME. Screw the rule/guideline/protocol/etc. I had a mishap with my bumper pull 25′ RV and took it to one of the«National» dealers for repair. I had broken out a window & scraped the fiberglass clad aluminum wall & damaged a decal. It languished at the«other» shop for about 6 months and they claimed they couldn’t get the window. I called every few weeks and I got the feeling they considered me a pain because I actually wanted it fixed! I had seen some RV’s behind Collision King & went to investigate & there is Coach Specialists. I made an appointment and took it to them in August, 2014 and within 2 weeks they had the window ordered & installed, did the body work, replaced the decals and fixed an electrical problem I was having and corrected a problem with my slide. They filed my insurance & got everything handled quickly & with beautiful results. I mean PERFECT. Now in the automotive body shop world 2 weeks may sound like an average-to-slow repair. RV’s sit in storage much of the time and I have had a shop take 4 weeks to get to a minor repair. 2 weeks is Warp speed for what they did. Best of all, they communicated with me and delivered at the estimated cost. The people there are great and actually either answer their phone when you call or return calls very promptly-unlike any other RV shop I have ever dealt with. I am proud to recommend them for RV body work and related repairs. They can also handle other repairs but I’d call them first. They also work on commercial box vehicles, buses, Class A coaches.
