Eat here frequently, but really wish they could get the order straight. If you want to ask what sauce then make sure you put it in the bag. Don’t forget completely or put other things you didn’t even request.
The food quality is also going downhill. Chicken soup was horrible. Had a dark color to it and tasted like vinegar was in it. Very strange.

Great service. Friendly staff. Wonderful food. I love this location. It’s the classic Chick-​Fil-​A experience but the new, updated building is a plus.

I’d like to give more stars. However, due to the lack of consistency with food and good customer service I CAN’T. I’ll start with the multiple times I’ve received watered down lemonade and half filled fries. Sure that’s not major but when they give me a fried chicken sandwich meal when I’ve ordered the grilled one repeatedly, it gets annoying. I have them repeat the order, tell them of the past mistakes and they continue to screw up. Geeze Louise. Well today I’m in the drive through at 10:30– right? I order 3 chicken biscuits. Would you believe the girl that takes my order tells me «I don’t have any chicken biscuits». It’s 10:30 and I’ve been in line. I just sit there like WHAT THE HELL! There’s no where to turn around so I have no choice but to continue drive through. I knew this business would go to s#*# when the founder died just like Walmart. People hire lazy kids to make a fast buck and customer service goes out the window.

I have gone thru the drive thru several times and it is way to hard for them to give me ALL my food I ordered and payed for. Yes, my fault for not checking but i did not realize it was so difficult to give someone WHAT they order. As the saying goes, third time is a charm and I will not go back to this location EVER.

We went during lunch on a Saturday and it was busy. There was a long line for the drive thru and a good size line inside. Almost every table inside was filled; I would say maybe one or two tables were available when we got there. They got through the people pretty fast considering the amount of people that were there, I really figured it would be a lot longer. Then we got the food fast as well and it was right, my daughter does not like pickles on her sandwich. The restaurant was being kept clean and tables wiped down as people left. The employees were very considerate, must be a requirement to work there. The parking lot is a big size lot for a fast food place, it does however only have once entrance. I am assuming they did this for safety reasons. Oh and their #3 with pepper jack is pretty darn good.

There are two drive thru lanes to take your order however it merges into one lane. The parking is small and one way so be careful not to pull into the wrong direction.
I almost always have no complaints about any Chick-fil-A’s speedy service and piping hot chicken sandwiches. Thumbs up to another great Chick-​fil-​A experience!

Went through the drie-​thru. The greeter was very professional and polite. I was out with 2 minutes from order to delivery of my food. Wow that’s faster than jimmy johns. And they’re fast, real fast.

We spent $ 33 at chick fil a for family dinner tonight. I usually love everything there… The food is yummy, the staff is professional and fast. But sadly tonight was probably a bad night for them. I bit into the chick fil a sandwich tonight and found a nasty lock of hair in it. At first, i bit into it and pulled a strand of hair out of my mouth, thought it was odd but was enjoying talking and chatting with my family, did not think much of it. Poured some poly sauce on it, took another bite and choked. Large nasty lock of hair, the kind of hair you would find rolled up in a dryer machine. Looked into the bag the sandwich was wrapped up in and it made my stomach roll. The hair was tangled in between the bread and chicken. My family watched me pull it out of my sandwich, they were disgusted but luckily their food was safe after inspection. They all ate on as I sat there dinnerless and really disgusted. Called chick fil a, spoke with the manager, he was kind enough to offer me a free chick fil a sandwich on my next visit. He said the staff wears hair nets. Well duh!!! It did not look like hair that fell straight from a staffz head. It looks like either the patty or bread fell on the floor and it was picked back up to make the sandwich or someone washed their clothes, had a roll of hair stuck on their uniform and it fell into the sandwich while making it. I would not waste my time here if I was not so disgusted and soo unsatisfied with the conversation with the manager. Ill keep to myself what I think the kind offer of a free sandwich with my next visit.

Love this chic fil-​a! I was so happy when it was built, we had nothing in the area. Customer service is great and food is delicious.

My favorite chick fil a location! These people are the best. Nicole, one of the employees there, is so sweet and always makes my day better. Customer service is EVERYTHING and this place has got it right!!!

A Brand new location with friendly staffs. The dinning area is very clean and the kids playing area is very clean also.
I love to stop by for a quick salad. Their Cobb Salad is my favorite. Their staffs are well trained and friendly as well.

This location just opened so you would expect that all the new employees would still be getting used to the Chick-​Fil-​A way of doing things but this is not the case here.
I have visited this location, which is very handy to where I work several times since they opened and have never bee disappointed. All the staff are super nice. The food is great and the service is really fast. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.
