The inspector that came out was very nice and professional. I don’t know the details of what they do but it seems that he was very thorough. One thing I would suggest the company invest in a card reader and or an iPad or smart phone for that card reader. I did not have cash or checks available so I had to go to an ATM machine with inspector in tow to pay him. I mean, what company that is mobile now a days does not have some sort of card reader for payments?
