The pies are absolutely delicious! They carry fresh mozzarella and delicious breads, that sell out quickly. Love the fact that they stay open late at times.

A 90 year farmstand conveniently located off the LIE exit 69.(30 seconds away from the exit) Great pies! Fresh ingredients! Flaky, not dry, not soggy — peach/raspberry «Fruits of the Forrest» — variety apple raspberry The price for a decent size pie is about $ 14 — $ 16. But, fresh ingredients! not frozen! 100% homemade. You can pick your own vegetables and fruit out in the fields; load up the bushels! Fresh vegetables — corn, tomatoes, onions, pumpkins, garlic, peppers, potatoes, eggplant, etc. Fresh honey from a local vendor. Fresh mozzarella. I would pass on the, off– the– premises cookies and brownies, — dry. Helpful workers. Plenty of parking

Looked like a nice little farm stand, had a few minutes to kill before going to a gathering. Was going to get a pie, until I saw the price. Settled with trying 2 packages of «fresh cookies», one being Banana French Toast, and the other Chocolate Chip. Neither style of cookie was very good, and it was expensive for how much cookies normally cost. What made it more entertaining was that the«homemade» cookies had a tag from another company on the package. Needless to say, I won’t be coming back.

Well, the truth is, my husband and I have been going there for quite sometime and always like it. The pies are delicious! Some days, we will just ride out there for a pie! Yesterday my sister was in town and we drove out there, first time this year. I must say, i think the prices are terribly high! I can buy locally grown produce from Long Island at Stop and Shop at a cheaper price! I picked up one bunch of brocolii, one bunch of kale and 4 ears of corn and it cost me $ 9.08! I had to go outside for the broccoli after i had already took my corn and kale. and i was followed outside and watched like i was going to run off with the produce!(I am a 59 year old woman. hardly look like the criminal type, but i guess you never know!) They were not friendly… did not say thank you for the purchase, like EVERY good business does to get repeat customers. i was«put off» by the whole experience. Luckily enough I have my own tomatoes, green beans and zucchini’s and cucs in my yard… at those prices there would have been no money for any other food on my budget!. I am going to go out further and shop the little stands set up on front lawn s of residents who have vegetable gardens in their yards, because all the larger places are ripping you off! the vegetables go bad before they sell them to you! What a waste. it isn’t right. and they act like you are bothering them if you ask them a question! Needless to say, WEWILLNOT be returning! Not even for the overpriced small pies, no matter how good they are! No excuses for being rude and making the customer feel like a ciminal! oh, and PS… I will be posting this review on Facebook. Maybe they will, at the very least, think about being friendly and smiling. you know, making their customers feel welcome???(I doubt it. definitely greedy ones there!)
