This Dunkin donuts is the worst Dunkin donuts I’ve been to in 7 states. I don’t know how they do it but the coffee tastes like they used the dirty tap water from the dishwasher. Also they are always so slow. Don’t ever stop here in a hurry. The workers are sincere and are friendly, but the management must not be teaching them how to run a real Dunkin donuts.

Good for a Dunkin Donuts. Very clean with friendly staff. But there is no drive thru and their entry/​exit from parking lot is odd and inconvenient.

This is a wonderful DD location. They always get your order right and make it correctly. Everything always tastes fresh, even during non-​peak hours. Only flaw is there’s not a lot of parking.

This DD is awesome, their friendly, fast, always make my coffee perfect, and they make a effort in remembering my drink. So now I come in and they see me my drink is already getting prepared. I love it. Just needs a drive thru.

I’m not always the biggest fan of the local Dunkin Donuts, but this one deserves 4 stars for having quick service, friendly employees, and a good location in Manlius.
The downside to this location is the size of the property. There is no drive thru (bummer) and the parking lot gets TIGHT during the rush times (bummer again). If you can get past this and don’t mind taking an extra 5 minutes to get your items, then this Dunkin is a good stopover when in Manlius.
