Tires Plus

Extremely pushy salespeople trying to get you to do things that you do not want to do.

I had a slow leak in two tires, when one started getting bad I decided it was time to get them both replaced. I did a bit of research at Tires Plus’s website, and once I knew which tires I wanted I gave the shop a call.
Shaun at the shop took my call, verified that they had what I needed, and set my appointment for the same day. Shaun also greeted me when I arrived, got me checked in quickly, and advised me about how much time the work would take.
I took a walk around the area (check out the thrift store just behind the shop, they have some awesome finds) and arrived about five minutes before the work was due to finish, and they wrapped up work exactly when they said they would. The price was fair, I received all the info I needed to understand my new tires’ warranty and the work the shop performed, and Shaun even showed me the bolts in my old tires that were the cause of my problems.
Overall this was an excellent experience and I’ll be sure to come back for alignments, new tires, and any other repairs that are beyond my own ability to perform at home.
