Currently undergoing planning our wedding here with Brian and have nothing but AMAZING things to say about the Venue & about Brian himself. Very helpful and helping to stay in our budget which is so nice. I’m looking forward to the wedding & with working more with Brian. As far as Beth’s review Colorado Liquor Laws are no joke lady.(I’m a bartender) You are not allowed to bring outside alcohol into a venue anywhere. You could have the place shut down. You’re lucky all he did was take your champagne and dump it. He could have had you arrested. Grow up, you’re an adult.

Brian at The New Craftwood Inn was amazing. We met with him when he first took over the venue and we were intrigued by the passion behind his vision. His vision soon turned into a reality and our happily ever after. He was very responsive and accommodating throughout our planning. The ceremony was beautiful outside in front of the water fall. The food was absolutely amazing: buffalo meatballs, vegetarian enchiladas, chicken marsala, vegetables, assorted breads, and more. When we went around to the tables to thank everyone for attending, they all raved about how delicious the food was. The location was great for memorable pictures and the intimate and vintage vibe we were looking for. Thank you for allowing us such a beautiful ceremony and reception! We appreciate everything you offered us!

Thieves and liars. DONOT get married here. If you do hide your valuables and demand the owners not be present! Truly unfortunate that the owners, Brian and Dave have completely out of touch of what weddings are about. Moments after the ceremony they cornered the mother-of-the-bride yelling at her in front of guests claiming they found champagne in the bride’s cottage. With any tact or proper customer service skills they would have learned that it was trash from a champagne picnic we had with the bride on the way. With deeply upset mother and father of the bride, the bridesmaids spent their time not enjoying the newly-weds, but apologizing to Brian and Dave trying to get them to calm down and stop making a scene and upsetting the family in-spite of doing nothing wrong. The worst discovery came later when I went to give the bride and groom an unopened bottle of beautiful champagne for their wedding night and found that it had been taken from the bottom of my bag that covered in my personal belongings and clothes. They had rummaged through all of our belongings during the ceremony. Trying not to cause more drama, I politely asked for my bottle of champagne back only to be yelled at in front of guests saying it’s against Colorado liquor laws and telling me he dumped it out. Furious, but not wanting to make a scene, I walked away. He either has no understanding of the liquor laws or thought I was ignorant. What IS illegal is stealing people’s private possessions. Despite having the venue until 11:30, the bartenders began cleaning everything up and slowing down service around 10. The bride commented that she felt pushed out. The people who are hired to make the day easier were the only issue of the day. So unfortunate that such a beautiful place is ruined by such bitter people that have forgotten the meaning of love and have zero understanding of customer service.
