I realize you can only expect so much from fast food but as someone in the job force myself, I expect people to know their job and to actually care about representing their company well especially in the service industry. So when my son and I stopped in and ordered the 2 cheddar onion burger combo, I was a bit irritated to see the employee ringing up the standard 2 cheeseburger meal and start taking items off/adding others to create the desired sandwiches(which resulted in an up charge for the special onions). I had to have the woman at the back cash menu fix the error because the one who took my order just wasn’t getting it when I explained to her that there is, in fact, a value meal with 2 cheddar onion burgers. Shortly after I pulled up to the second window, I was handed my drink. I would have said thank you but the woman serving me(the same woman who took my order) was too busy talking into her headset(rude!) and explaining to that customer that«oh she’ll just have to add the smoothie on at the window» which tells me that that guest was rushed through their order(not an uncommon thing for this place) and it got«stored» in the computer before the guest was finished. The service time for the rest of my order was ok — not great but not the worst I’ve ever had here. On our way back home, my son and I snuck into the fries and I was unpleasantly surprised to discover they were cold and tasted like they were double dipped in the oil. The rest of the order wasn’t much better. Not one item was made properly and/or at an acceptable temperature. When I called to report the blunders, I had to call 3 times before my call was answered. Mind you this was around 8:30pm — well past the peak dinner rush. I won’t lie and say I won’t come back here but the accuracy of the orders and lack of customer service makes me dread stopping in because I can almost always expect my order to be wrong in some way or another.

Absolutely terrible. Waited almost 10 minutes for our coffee and they gave us Iced coffee instead of hot– which we made clear when we ordered and they forgot my nieces juice. This is not the first time this has happened.

Most of the time it’s just a regular McDonald’s. But lately, it’s a crap shoot. Waiting 12 minutes in the drive thru is ludicrous! Most of the time the coffee is cold. How can the person handing it to me NOT notice it’s ice cold??? The latest round of employees will take 4 orders before they take your money.

I can’t believe I gave a fast food place 5 stars, but this is mainly for the staff. Fast, efficient and polite. None of the slouchy, could-care-less service you so often see. The food is as one would expect.
