Fast and efficient. Gianluca also responded amazingly fast and they make sure they have everything correct for you.
There was some issues when I went to pick up my document. THEY MOVED! Gianluca was helpful and took 10 $ off my translation, which was nice since that covered my transportation costs.
Otherwise, this is an efficient and friendly service at a very reasonable cost.

I needed Gianluca to help me acquire and translate a number of official documents for an Italian dual citizenship. Not only was the translation service fast, easy, affordable, but Gianluca also essentially coached me step-​by-​step through the slow and arduous process of acquiring each of these documents via multiple NYC bureaucracies. He even met with me to look at my folder in person to go over which documents I needed to get for the italian consulate and how to get them. I’ve already recommended him to friends and coworkers and will continue to do so.

Gianluca was super fast, professional and communicative. Very convenient service — I emailed a photo of the birth certificate I needed translated, got a quote within half an hour, confirmed that he should go ahead with the translation, and picked up the document the next day. I chose to pick up the translated doc in person to save money, and though there was some slight confusion upon my arrival (the pick-​up location was a work-​sharing space), it was quickly sorted out after a quick call to Gianluca. I paid $ 60 for the certified doc — not exactly cheap but cheaper than it would have been at comparable businesses in NYC!
