Tommy Hilfiger

When I bought the jacket on Nov. 16 2015 for $ 450, I was told there is no doubt the jacket can be returned to any store in U.S. by calling them. Today, Nov. 27, I found the jacket is $ 134.99 on their website, then I called them say if they can match the price. The rejected it, saying online and store have totally different promotion. If I want to match the price of in store promotion, I need bring jacket back store. Jesus, I am back in Texas now, what can I do?
Then I decided to return it and get refund. The first guys said, I can only return it by taking it back to them. I told him that I was told to be able to ship back and get refund. He just denied, and kept saying online is different from store. I asked to speak to his manager, she finally talked to me and said I have to ship it back first and then they will consider the refunding. And unbelievably she asked for receipt and tag. I do have receipt kept, but lost the tag.
Extremely bad customer service, bad return service, and they are dishonest. I definitely won’t go there or buy any products from this brand.

Fun 4 floors of Tommy! Not really my favourite brand bt the store is the best Tommy store I’ve ever visited. Very clean and organised with friendly staff.

This is usually not my first choice when I need to go to shopping, but I was willing to give it a shot for out of town family. Little did I know that after entering the store and being greeted by many friendly employees that I would actually buy some pretty important clothing pieces, and really like them a lot.
I always thought of this place for older more sophisticated people, but they actually have a lot of clothes that were really nice and fit well too. Yes, it is definitely on the expensive range for me, but I appreciated the sale they had going on at the time and didn’t get too carried away. I would recommend this place to any friend or family member that happens to be in this area.
Tommy Hilfiger has a nice line of clothes for this season. This store is organized, neat, and filled with a friendly staff. If you can afford it, they have personal shoppers there too. Although I never used this service, some people really boast how wonderful their experience was. I was just happy I found one more place to shop, or maybe that’s not a great thing for my wallet.

At last we have found the Flag store for Tommy Hilfiger — absolutely magnificent and they do carry a larger selection than Macy’s or San Juan, PR stores — which are the only two, places that carry Tommy Hilfiger’s clothing.
TH has the best selection for young men and for women. We have their entire stylish line yet we were able to find men jackets, cashmere sweaters and shirts and women knits with incredible colors that are not found elsewhere. We spent much more than plan but it was worth it as we now have a unique design line from Tommy — love to go out and hear people telling me what a perfect cut and color my shorts and tops have or how great he looks with his shirts, pants and jackets from TH.
We had a terrific experience with a personalized shopper (Salesperson #79 845) who runs up and down all the floors (four) to bring everything that we were looking for. Also, she made sure to make us aware of «sales» and bring us several glasses of water, needles to say how delightful our shopping experience was.

I haven’t tried on anything by TH since middle/​high school, but lo-​and behold, I actually fit into their clothes and the styles weren’t completely «not-​me.»
This place has 4 floors and a nice round staircase that was very elegant. I didn’t realize TH had so many lines, it was an eye-​opener.
All the Associates/​Sales seemed friendly, I was told by 8 – 10 different people that they had a sale (which I defintely appreciated since I didn’t realize it was a sale on the sale items from the signs).
Hadn’t expected to spend so much this early on in the year, but I guess my big-​ticket items are taken care of and I don’t have to look for a wedding-​attendee dress anymore. Their formal-​wear was quite nice, surprisingly. Kudos.
