I have had the pleasure of working with Theresa for the last few months and she has done a fabulous job helping me realize how and where stress was showing up in my body and the effect it was having on my daily life and happiness. She worked with me on becoming aware of where and when it starts and ways to work through the stress. For me, that awareness was key in catching the stress before it escalated. The result, less stress with being able to acknowledge the physical cues as they happened.
