Completed my first session of Vegan Yoga Boot Camp yesterday and I am soooo sore! It was seriously such a great workout. Sara and Paul are awesome. They’re super motivating and really pushed me to do more. Their workout is a great balance of stretch, balance, cardio, and resistance — my body felt great after. They even gave some holistic tips on eating and taking care of your body after workouts. I’m not vegan, but I appreciated the insights they gave and the options for non-​vegans as well. Awesome instructors, awesome workout. Definitely signing up for more sessions.

I have taken many yoga classes from Sara Moncivais and she is absolutely wonderful. Although her classes are challenging they are absolutely enjoyable. Every time I leave her classes, I feel a greater appreciation for the practice of yoga. I highly recommend the Vegan Yoga Boot Camp to everyone!

If you are looking for yoga that will really challenge you, then you need to take a class from Sara (or go to the boot camp). She isn’t like the majority of instructors. I have never learned more or perfected my technique more in a class setting.

This. Is. Amazing. I’ve had quite a few great yoga teachers (and some not-​so-​great-​ones), and Sara — the boot camp teacher — is hands down the best. She knows what she’s doing so she can explain well and help you get into the poses correctly. Her sessions are intense but relaxing, and I’ve always come away feeling rejuvenated. Her teaching is grounded — she brings in the more metaphysical aspects of yoga, but without the new-​agey weirdness. I wish I could do this boot camp all day every day.
