Went in with my husband to get information about the iPhone for life plan and how that works. The girl who helped us was in training and hand absolutely no information for us (not her fault at all). As a manager of a retail establishment I am embarrassed for this location. Her trainer was standing behind the counter with another associate, we were the only customers in the store, and she didn’t even try to jump in and help this girl get us information. We were willing to spend lots of money on two new iPhones today but because of the service we didn’t receive we changed our mind.
