Quick update.
The power outlet behind my TV stopped working for some reason so I contacted them to see if they could come fix it. After some phone tag, I made an appointment for a Friday which quickly came and went. Never heard back from them. Though the install was still great, I’m deducting a star because of the lack of communication and assistance after the fact. Was able to fix the problem myself.
