I saw Sing Harlem Sing yesterday and it was wonderful. It was the first performance of the new season and I highly recommend it for a great Saturday afternoon. Perfect for families. Put it on your list of must things to do in NYC.

Saturday, June 23, 2012 at 1 pm in the HEART of HARLEM, a friend and I were moved and had to force ourselves to stay in our seat so we wouldn’t block or annoy the other theatergoers. This show narrated by the Wonderful and Talented Vy Higginsen, brings entertainment and music back to days gone by through performers that captivate the audience and give them TRUE Spirit and Sounds of when music had meaning. The cast and songs for this performance bring back fond memories of growing up and the history of music from generations before my time. Thank You Mama Foundation for making this production and allowing me to go BACK IN TIME, even if it were just a sweet little moment.
