At first I was extremely happy with Pricewater Credit Services then they put a new representative on my account Javier it has been downhill every since he does not return phone calls we continue to take money out of my account and I have not seen any emails regarding updates on my credit history Javier is no good don’t use this company they will suck you in it first and then you will not get a reply phone call for email yet they will still continue to remove money from your account I have been trying for almost two weeks to place a phone call to their offices they may be out of business I’m not sure because I am just put on hold for 45 minutes plus don’t use this company go somewhere else

I am very unhappy with the services that were provided to my wife and I from prudential credit services. They did nothing for us. I initially called to inquire about the services. My phone number was turned over to their call center and I was hounded almost daily. Non-​stop. And this is to sell me a $ 100 a month, recurring fee, credit repair plan. I asked one of the reps how the company could afford these sales people when the fee they take in is so small. In other words, where does my money go? Not towards repairing my credit. When I signed up with them they led me to believe that they would be repairing my credit. I thought $ 100 a month was too good to be true with most companies charging thousands up front. It was. It is nothing but a sales center. The credit work that they do (I never said they were a scam) is nothing. It requires little if any time on their end on a monthly basis. All they do is send out a letter to past creditors hoping to get you a positive change on your credit score. Nothing happened at all with us. Also, they were certainly easy to reach when they wanted to open my account and take in money. It seems like the time for responses really slowed down. They couldn’t have possibly do any real work for $ 100 a month, it leaves little room if anything to pay anyone. It is simply an ongoing monthly charge that goes right into the pockets of the company and the sales rep who is there to keep you on board and sell you on the hopes of having better credit. They did tell me it was not an overnight process. I don’t like the company. There are other ways to fix credit. I am not worried about the hundreds of dollars wasted. I am upset about the time wasted when real credit repair could have been done.
