Much better since moving to the new location. The patio is nice when he weather is good. The food is consistently good and the service has been pretty good. It’s nice that they’ll give a sample of a beer if you’re unsure if you’d like it.

Pizza was delicious. We ordered a large Chicago thick Italian Grinder. The traditional bone in wings were crispy and well cooked but the flavor was lacking on the screaming mango. Great beer selection. The most variety I’ve seen in town. I can see the service issues other reviewers mentioned, but it was packed on a Tuesday.

As bad an experience as I’ve had in a while. Waited 25 minutes while several tables either sat empty or were underoccupied. I chalk that up to an inexperienced greeter/​seater. Food took forever. After waiting more than 30 minutes, our waitress returned only to tell us they kitchen cooked the wrong thing. She then handed me my daughter’s order, which was wrong, as well. She offered to refill our water glasses only once, as she picked up our check to process our payment. She never brought the water. Won’t be back.

The classic pizza is delicious! My wife and I have dined at the new location multiple times! They have friendly service, great food, and a great venue! We have had multiple take outs and the pizza is very fresh! Yes, sometimes there is a wait… but no big deal. Keep up the good work!

Tried to go here tonight but was told it would be a 2 hour wait for 2 people. Tables looked open so I’m guessing tonight was just poorly staffed. Better luck next time old Chicago.

New building, new location, new kitchen, and a few new employees… Everything new in life goes through growing pains but I haven’t been disappointed yet.

The food is great but the service was not so much. I made a special request for my Stromboli which was not followed the first time around. Then they promised they would remake it and put it at the front of the line but I waited far longer then the original incorrect order took to make.
I will be back because hopefully this was a fluke and the food tastes awesome. I’ve had the wood fired jalapeño pretzels, the fried pickles, and the Stromboli and all were great.
The difference maker is they didn’t even give me a discount on my bill for having to watch my friends eat their entire meals in front of me. I understand that things happen but good customer service should trump those mistakes.
