Terrible experience! While we have laughed about it afterward, it is better than crying. A definite learning experience and one I hope no one has to repeat.
Overpriced. Late for our arrival. Couldn’t find us at our gate in LGA. Driver was unkempt and unfriendly. Walked across the parking garage to huge stretch limo with dents and dings. Heading to Manhatten, driver pulled off at gas station to inflate front tire. Change Oil Immediately was displayed on the dash which was right below a cracked windshield.
We grabbed a car at random when we were leaving, paid half the price for a much cleaner and friendlier experience.
