Thank you so much Susan, Lauren, Lesley, and Liz! All of you have been so kind and supportive, this is truly the best staffing agency I’ve worked with. Everyone was so accommodating and helpful; they worked so hard to find me the perfect position. I would certainly refer anyone to this agency. :)

The ladies of MKG were awesome from the start to finish. Susan, Lesley, Liz, and Lauren all assisted me in my job search. They were always available and always able to help with any concern I had. I was placed in a permanent job through this agency and highly recommend using them. They are as good as it gets and are not a resume database like most larger firms. They are small, but unique and very hardworking.

Susan Miller and Liz Schneiderman are amazing to work with, talented professionals, and THEY GET THE JOB DONE i.e. they found me my dream job!!! They are smart, friendly, yet also have a «no-​nonsense» approach and if you are good at what you do, then they will find you your perfect job. Throughout the process, from my first meeting with them, (tip: after our initial discussion, they tested me on some Microsoft applications and a proofreading exercise so come prepared to take tests) to matching me with my current employer, the communication was exceptional — they are completely responsive, both by email and phone. They listen to what you want and will not waste your time — I have had experience with many recruiters over the years and the moment I left their office, I knew these women were going to make the magic happen … and they did! You can try larger firms, believe me I tried too, but if you want individualized attention and people with the right connections that will get you the greatest jobs out there, then do yourself the best favor of your (future) career and visit Susan and Liz!!!

The worst. Unprofessional. 3 – 4 people firm. Complete bullshit. They’re all in the same room with 3 – 4 recruiters, so small it feels like you can’t breathe in there. The recruiter associate is nice, brings you into the room then they kick you outside to the receptionist to wait for them to chat then bring you back in. It is a total joke.
Met with Susan she basically tells you, you don’t have enough experience blah blah blah, so why the f you guys bring me in!
Oh and they have a 1 – 2 hour test that you have to take at their office. Please save yourself some time and skip this staffing.

Katie Ross is a godsend at Miller Klein. Upon meeting Katie with her enthusiastic personality, I was at ease with my job search. She sent me on lots of exciting interviews and always called to touch base with feedback and interest. Although ultimately I ended up finding a job on my own, if I am ever in a bind I would call Katie again !

Complete bait and switch. Stay away.
I sent my resume to them based on a specific ad. Lesley Klein contacted me and said I was an excellent candidate for the position she was working on. I met with her the morning after our phone call when she told me that the organization had already narrowed down their choices to two people and were going to make an offer. Less than 24 hours from the time the ad was posted until the time I interviewed, a company was already making their final offer???
