Their service vehicle almost caused a 5 car pile up on the GSP. Cutting across 5 lanes of traffic to get to rt 78 at the toll booths. Extremely irresponsible.

They were the worst. I needed a professional installer as I am in a loft, Like Charmel M. they started off great. After agreeing on their estimate, everything went downhill from there. Their install was not secure and then 2 guys came back who spoke only Russian and they left a gap between the air conditioner and the window! I swear I have photos to prove it. Stay as far away as you can. BBB and Consumer Affairs here we come

What an amazing experience. We have a commercial grade 28,000BTU through wall unit that was not working. Whenever I turned it on it made the worst whining sound. I did tons of research before selecting Metro. It’s always a gamble but you know you have to make a decision based on whatever information you can get from searches. Anyway, their deal was $ 89 for a home visit and then if a new unit or if repairs needed to be done they would subtract that amount from the total. In the meantime I researched what those units would cost new. It’s a Freiderich and the new price ranged from $ 1800 t0 $ 2300. That gave me an upset stomach. So, William shows up and figures out the problem in 10 minutes and by the time he left that dang machine was working again! They will be my go to call for any future problems.

MetroAC’s service started off great. They answered phone calls and emails. As soon as I paid in cash and tried to follow up on a refund they promised they have gone radio silent for over a month. Be sure not to pay them until you get everything you need or else they will not return calls or emails. I plan on reporting them to consumer affairs.
