McDonalds Restaurants

Took the family in for a meal one afternoon. The service was ridiculously slow. Watching others try to order was painful. Employees didn’t seem well-​trained at all, and didn’t really act like they cared to learn. instead of assembling our order, as used to be done, the cashier told us to go down to the end and wait. When I asked for our drink cups — always provided before, I was told I could not have them. I asked why, and was given no answer, so I stated I wanted the cups right away. The employee actually turned to a «manager» and stated, «She wants her cups now…», as though I’d asked for a bag of money or something. Her entire attitude was surly, and the «manager» was no better. Only firm insistence finally brought the cups. The order, in a tore that wasn’t very busy, took several minutes. Lots of employees milling around, and no one efficient at all. The food wasn’t even properly assembled, which seems to be the norm for the chain in recent years. Fried were mushy, burgers were not even hot. The atmosphere was terrible. Locations like this are enough to turn a person off the whole chain, especially when told that’s the new norm for the chain! Never again. we used to go somewhat regularly, and haven’t been in a while.

Terrible service tonight! There’s at least a dozen people working and I’ve been waiting over ten minutes in the drive thru easily. I also certainly hope the man at the window doesn’t also handle food considering I just watched him put his hands to his mouth… Disgusting! Clearly food safety rules aren’t followed when the big boss is around. Will not be coming back!

Super nice people work here, very fast service!

Somebody else had mentioned that this is the best McDonalds of the two in Manhattan and that is true but it also has fresh food (for a McDonalds) and it IS the best managed fast food restaurant I’ve ever visited… ever. That morning crew should be in the McDonald’s olympics… you hardly even have to stop to get your food because they have it ready out the window before you drive up.
The overnight weekend crew is the total opposite with getting you through the line but the food is still hot and the staff is friendly. I feel like if the daytime manager took over a few weekends… things would speed up.

Can’t beat $ 1 any size coffee and 2 for $ 1 apple pie. I always go through the drive thru here so it’s pretty fast and always told a the end to have a nice day. I don’t ask for much when I come to a McD’s. Side note is that happy hour (coffee drinks) are $ 1 off from 2−5pm.

This is the best McDonalds of the two in Manhattan. The location, staff, drive-​thru, and building (inside & out) are good. I always have a professional experience when I use this location. The staff are very friendly, courteous, and clean cut as opposed to the 3^rd street location.
The food is normally very fresh and tasty. The buns and french fries are always fresh. The taste of their food is that of quality.
If you decide to go to a McDonalds in Manhattan I would say this is the one to go to and it’s worth making the drive across town.
