Laser in that place is simply the best… I have been doing laser for a while, and I have learned it in a painful way… The machine they are using is simply amazing!!! Almost no pain!!! I purchased a groupon about a year ago… I was so happy with the results, that I bought another 6 session package for Brazilian. I am definitely going to do underarms and arms… Looking forward to it!!!

I hope this email gets read by the person in charge of Madison Skin & Laser Center. I purchased a Groupon deal last year for a 6 session of hair removal and am really disappointed with the results. First of all, I am a hair dresser who went to school and learned the different types of hair. meaning, I know by fact that I have thin hair. Also, Anita(who is not working there anymore) told me the same thing when we first started the treatment. Before purchasing the package, I called Madison Skin Center and asked the minimum of sessions necessary for the underarm area. The secretary was very polite and said that each case was different, but that the recommended number would be about 6 or more. Fair enough!!! I booked and appointment and they said my appointment would be with Anita. I came for the first appointment and i was surprised with the results. As most of people are in their first as well. Second one, not so much! Third one, i didn’t even noticed the percentage of hair going lower.:(Fourth and fifth appointment, same thing. So, I started to panic and thought I had wasted my money with that place. All of sudden i get a call from the secretary from there saying that unfortunately Anita would not be working with me anymore, because she was no longer working with Madison Skin Laser. Too bad!!! She was sweet as a person can be at least… I came for my sixth appointment with this new person Jeanne Mc Gurgar(polite during my first appointment). I expressed how annoyed I was because I only noticed 20% of reduction of the hair and it was weird to see that result. She never mentioned it, but I understood that she was trying to blame Anita for it and answered that she didn’t know how my hair was originally since my first appointment. DETAIL: she had a paper with ALL the observations Anita had wrote down right on her hands about my treatment. During that sixth appointment, Jeanne set the machine SOHOT, that she burned my underarm area. It hurt so bad that i couldn’t touch or shave for the next 2 weeks. The area was very sensitive. There was a red spot for those 2 weeks. Anyway, Jeanne was nice enough to give me a complementary session(a seventh one) because i was so upset. Today(May 2th), I went to my appointment and she treated me like crap. I told her that I noticed that the hair had grown even faster than before, but in total I’d say maybe a total decrease of 40% of hair in that area. She was not happy and raised her voice giving me excuses. She asked me if that was a Groupon deal, and I said YES. But interrogated her if they treat people that purchased deal from Groupon differently, and she said NO. However, why would you be asking that question. The point is just because someone got a deal from Groupon does NOT mean that person should be treated differently. Also during this seventh appointment Jeanne totally soaked my underarm area with gel getting my entire top(in the area) dirty with it. She didn’t care about it at all. She splashed also on my face without apologizing(really annoying). She didn’t even cleaned the area herself, simply handling the towel so i could do it myself.(Not a problem!!!). The next thing she does is burn me again. I clearly said it was too hot and she said RUDELY :“It was supposed to be HOT!!!”. And didn’t apologize either. Even a little kid knows to stay away from hot things. Things that are BURNING you. And YES, it was burning me, and NO, it was NOT supposed to be that hot. It suppose to be WARM. Again I am very frustrated with the service she gave me. I was annoyed with the treatment itself. But after today, I am annoyed with the customer service JEANNE provided me. Please be mindful that customer service is what makes business grow. Maybe Jeanne should take classes on how to treat others. Maybe she was having an awful day at home; but could have at least left her problems at home and not bringing them to work and taking them on me who had nothing to do with it. I was simply trying to get my treatment done, and was poorly treated. I really wish Jeanne can get someone who can show her what customer service is about. Please, I would love to receive an email confirming that you guys read this email. Madison Skin & Laser Center sure lost a customer. But I wish you guys luck with new ones and please provide customer service training for Jeanne. Best,

The first time I went there 3 months ago, I had a horrible experience. When the lady lasered my underams, I was in so much pain! I just went in today and had a session with Anita, who made me feel so at ease and the session was virtually painless. If you go in, ask for Anita!

Got a groupon for laser hair removal, went in for my underarms. There was some confusion and I was given the wrong paperwork for side effects to expect but otherwise, it’s clean, you don’t wait long and they are nice.

Such a nice office! I felt totally comfortable and like I was in good hands which is impt when you are doing treatments on your face. I was happy with the outcome too.
