Konstantine Furs

Purchased a fur poncho which I was told initially that it was a reversible until I went back to pick it up. Buttons that i purchased and wanted placed on it were misplaced which caused a delay in getting my coat. Very disappointing. Next coat will be with someone else.

A great place to treat your wife to a fabulous gift. The store has a great selection of furs and pelts and none of that old stuff? The staff is amazing and the owner knows how to strike a deal. My wife was very happy with her linx coat… It’s a safe and great location with great prices I recommend to shop here.

I’m waiting over 3 weeks for a mink coat that I ordered custom made from Konstantine. They have brought me in several times for fittings where I complained about the tightness in the arm area. I think I’m going to ask for my money back tomorrow. I was expecting a better experience from a small family owned company. What a disappointment.
**UPDATE**Okay, it’s now one month since my initial order and I have my fur and I love it! The tightness problem was resolved and I was promised a year’s free alterations PLUS first year free storage. I just came in today to have a toggle added and a lining repair, which was done while I waited. Kerli is a wonderful seamstress and a pleasure to deal with.
I always feel cold and wear multiple layers of clothing. I’ve tried other types of outerwear but a fur is the only thing that handles the cold. I’m wearing my fur all day long at my workplace due to the cold, and I’ve received many compliments. Naturally in situations with new people my coat is well-​received and in general my relationships are impressed with my purchase. Of course there is the threat that PETA may spoil my coat but so far only one person gave me dirty looks. I am walking the streets and riding the subways without issue so far. I’ll take a taxi if I feel there is any kind of risk to my safety.
