Made an appointment with Kevin to see an apartment the following day. I cleared my work schedule for our appointment.
Then he cancelled just 40 minutes before our appointment, saying he wasn’t going to be in NYC at all that day. Then he never responded to my following texts.
Rude!

I had worked with Kevin in the past and he was great. It was time to find a new apartment with my fiancé so we called Kevin. Had an appointment set up and I even called to confirm two days earlier. When we got to the office, he wasn’t there. So I called and he said «oops sorry need to push the time back, I’ll call you later and we’ll still see apartments today». Fast forward 6 hours later and still no word. Needless to say, my fiancé and I found a different realtor and signed that very day — no thanks to Kevin! He didn’t even have the decency to give me a heads up that we wouldn’t be meeting.

Kevin and Gloria are great brokers and really nice people. I was new to the city and arrived less than a year back when I was looking for apartments. I saw many places through a lot of agents, but my search ended when I met Kevin and Gloria. They found me an awesome apartment in a great location and in my budget (sounds unrealistic, right? BUT it’s true!) Kevin sat down with me explained all the paperwork in great detail. He knows all about the business — the rules, the regulation everything. He is very resourceful. I didn’t feel cheated at all. I would always recommend Price Real Estate. You really get what you want. They told me everything about the apartment before hand — all the pros and the cons. They didn’t hide anything from me and that is rare in the city. I am very thankful to them for my apartment and wish them all the luck.
