It is impossible to walk away from a session with Jeff without feeling uplifted and energized. Whether the ailment is physical, emotional, or just everyday stress, Jeff is able to ease pain, instill comfort, and you leave with an overall sense of calm and happy.
Skepticism is an easy attitude to have, and mine was dismissed about 2 minutes into our first meeting. It is hard for me to put into words exactly what Jeff does or how it works. What I can say is that he helps me find my center, and when I start to stray away he easily brings me right back.
