This is one of the worst shared office spaces in the city. It’s an embarrassment to have clients visit. The conference rooms are always dirty and the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. The landlords don’t understand what customer service is. Future tenants — rent somewhere else, you’ll be a lot happier.

We signed a six month lease and told them at signing we did not intend to renew. We were told that offices do not stay available for long and they could even release us from the least earlier if needed as they would be able to find a replacement quickly. After two months we confirmed with management that we would be moving to another location and asked them to rent it to another possible tenant. They could not find anyone. We paid the additional four months for an empty office and then at the end of the lease we were told we didn’t confirm that we were vacating the office in writing at least 90 days in advance. They kept the security deposit and also sued us for an additional 6 months even though we were able to find out they rented the office a month later.
