Welcome to my new cowork space when I am in Manhattan (NYC)!
I can’t speak more highly of the location (23rd Street, Flatiron!) or the founders (Amy and Adelaide) or of the staff (Donna and Victoria) — the only thing I would add is exercise equipment!
The prices for part-​time cowork are $ 150 plus membership for the year.
Considering the space, location, and the fact that I pay more for my Verizon business phone per month, this place is awesome! :)

Worked here for a while for an internship with an agency that used the space temporarily.
Very nice office space to work in. Great location and is just a few steps away from major Subway stations. Friendly and helpful staff.
Would recommend if you’re in need of a professional and productive workspace. Do keep in mind that this place is a shared office with open space (minus the smaller rooms for meetings and conferences) so it may get a bit disruptive if others take a phone call.
